Tow questions:
first:
i've just got my file number, but through the process lots of changes happened, i got married, and i learn some french
How to report those to visa office? should i resend the form?
Second:
i had a strange story, first i've submitted my application as a skilled worker 0213 IT Project Manager last year through a representative, they told me that i got the file # but they didn't give it to me since OCT2010, after i speak to them that they didn't really submit it, they just got me a new file number for the same case but this time from UK office, and i check it online it showing status that it was received
so what exactly going on? as the job category i'm submitting to is no longer considered to be a skilled worker? is it just a game to get more money from me (my Representative) or what?

Could you please share details on when the application was filed/received by CIC ? If it was post June 2010, then 0213 was not in the list of 29 occupations so I will be asking the agency how they submitted the application and managed to get a file number - More details will help to give a better verdict.

Even better if you could raise a case specific query with CIC so you are sure to know whats going on.

file cased on 25 May 2010, received 1st file number on October 2010, but i didn't saw that one and nothing happened, then recently 15 July 2011 they send me an official letter from UK office acknowledging that my case was refiled at UK office this time rather than Australia office as the first time.

The information above and the original post slightly contradicts - here its says the original file was submitted on May 2010 but in the initial post , you have said that on speaking to the agency they agreed that it was not filed on this M/Y and a new file number was provided at a later date. Not quite clear about the sequence of events?

If the agency has filed the application prior to June 2010 ,when 0213 was in the MI list - you are good and from reading through others experience, the delay in processing applications prior to June 2010 is inevitable due to the change in approach taken. It is advisable to contact CIC for an update so you would get to know if the application is with them as communicated by the agency & in addition, it will help the case to be looked at, if it is buried down a huge pile of backlogs.

You should bring the changes to CIC's attention at the earliest. If you have a file number then contact the VO via the mode they have asked to (email, fax ,post )
