i am an august applicant and i recieved the AOR with the file number.. I wish to add additional document like my pay change happend in 2011 and my latest paystubs etc to my current file ...

Can somebody let me know how to do this ? can i send an email to the same id from where i recieved the AOR ?

Expecting response ASAP :-[ please help me ....

i don't know if is necessary to add more stuffs like that. I believed ur eligible at the time u applied and they will assess u based on what u already submitted. i will love to do the same but u still wait for seniors to suggest for u. all the best to all of us..
 
If you read the AOR very well you will see the instructions to add new documentation.
you have the courrier address.
is better for you to send new documentation by express post to CCP-O, quoting in a letter you file number and a brief letter explaining the document you are adding.
if you send them an email, they receive tons of email and they wont probably see that in a timely manner...GO to the post
 
thanks rosty and UJ .. I have one question ... i have submitted my T4 and the employment letter... but in T4 my salary is lesser than what is mentioned in my employment letter. Due to pay revisal that happened mid of last year my salary was raised ... will there be any issues due to that ? do i need to send my pay revisal info or docs to CIC... Please clarify ??? :-[

I had a similar issue where I felt adding my paystubs would help my case and based on my interpretation of the AOR, I emailed them a scan of the paystubs. I did this because, in my AOR, they said they prefer only sending them inquiries through one mode of communication, and not repeating inquiries due to the high volume. It also said that i had indicated i preferred email correspondence (not mail).

I explained all this in my cover email and asked them to kindly let me know if they want the original's sent in the mail as well, but that I did not want to double up on the correspondence and their workload. Received an automated reply about high volume etc.

A couple of days later I got a response thanking me and saying an officer would let me know my next steps. Was also kind of automated but i have a record that they at least got the documents.

For what it's worth, I'm a March applicant waiting for my MR - going on 12 weeks since AOR. Not recommending you do the above, but i'm saying it's what i did. Who knows if it has affected my application or not.
