How to access manuals?

PMM once gave me the url for the manual on family class visas -- OP somethingorother.

I thought I could erase a few letters and get to the main menu of the manuals, to look up others. But this does not work.

ANyone know how to get to the menu, to choose manuals on (say)temporary visas?

I had reached this page, but clicked on the wrong sub-box (Bulletins) and assumed I was in the entirely-wrong place. Being computer adept requires more patience than I have, evidently.
