I was struck with a small question but a big worrying question for me, I am getting the IELTS result by 26th of dec and i wanted to file the canada PR by this year. So is there anyone who can suggest whether the process of submission is the file reaching time or the payment date. that is am i eligible to file the PR by 31st dec or not.
Can anyone say what is the file date for submission on the same as from jan1st 2015v the EE is going to come into picture.
