how the difference in treatment of file as FSW if we apply as LPN instead of RN

Dear Members,
I want to know about the difference between RN and LPN , I want to apply as RN but i want to know if due to application rush we have to apply as a LPN then what is the major treatment difference in our file as applicant of LPN because actually our qualifications are of RN ?
