How soon can I expect CRS cut off to go down to 429 ?

Hello everyone,
My CRS is 429, I had created my profile on 15 April. But then my CRS was less than 400 so rewriting IELTS my CRS score is 429 since August. I have not received Ontario NOI yet. DO I NEED to create a new profile to get the NOI ??
PLEASE PROVIDE SOME INFO.

ALSO HOW SOON DO YOU EXPECT THE CRS SCORE TO GO DOWN TO 429 ANY CHANCES ??

MY CALCULATION:

5 SEP 15000 people ahead of 429

15000 - 3900 = 11000
New people till 19 SEP ahead of 429 = 1200
✓ 12200

19 SEP draw 12200 - 3700 = 8500

New people till October 3 >= 429 = 1500

✓ 10000
3 Oct draw 10000- 3500 = 6500

New people before 17 October >= 429 = 1500

✓ 8000
17 October 8000 - 3500 = 4500

New people before 31 Oct >= 429 = 1500

✓ 6000

31 Oct 6000- 3500 = 2500

New people 14 Nov = 1500
✓ 4000

4000- 3500 = 500

There's nothing to wait for, it could take ages to reach 429, if ever. Try to get a PNP. Do you have any French language skills ?

Any RoH member will tell you that your calculation is flawed. The rate at which applicants with CRS above 440 are getting added to the pool, you will never see 429 this year. Or maybe ever.

As someone suggested, try improving your scores. French, an extra diploma, whatever goes.
