How soon can I apply or what's the safest time to apply for a Supervisa for my mom after she goes back to her home country this Feb 28th? Current status of mom: Multiple TRV valid till 2022, stayed in Canada for 10 months. Thank you in advance!

She should stay in her home country where she lives for the proportionate amount of time she was visiting in Canada . If you apply as soon as she’s gone home , it’ll appear she’s attempting to live here

Did she applied for an extension or got immigration approval for the additional months spent in Canada?

She should stay in her home country where she lives for the proportionate amount of time she was visiting in Canada . If you apply as soon as she’s gone home , it’ll appear she’s attempting to live here

She was given 6mos from POE then applied for extension on the 5th month, just received approval yesterday and she only got extended till Feb 28th..so a total of 10mos of valid stay.

Okay, cool then. Let her spend substantial amount of time at home-country before applying for supervisa. The wait period will also enable you time to gather documents and prepare to meet all requirements for supervisa.
