How soon after COPR can PNP get a new job?

I have a job offer that is good until early May for a better job. It is in BC (my PNP province, so no problem there), but I received AOR in early November and am still in the process. I hope to hear soon of course (as we all do) but I don't know, anything can happen. My PNP is tied to my current job. Any thoughts?

Don't change jobs until after you land and become a PR.

Don't change jobs until after you land and become a PR.

But once I do land it's OK to change fairly quickly after?
