Because I am going to apply my study permit with PTE English test, so I am not eligible to apply under SDS stream.
But is it safe to apply now a days under general category and shall I expect visa decision before September 2020 intake if I'll submit my application in June end?

Master program at Dal university,Nova Scotia and program is perfectly aligned with my academic and professional background.
PTE score- 9 bands in reading & writing, 8 bands in listening & speaking.
Financial documents-Study loan- 50,000 CAD sanctioned, 30,000 CAD sponsored by my mother, CA evaluation report of worth 1,50,000 CAD.
Very strong SOP with good ties to home country.
Currently having visitor visa for Canada which is valid till 2023 and already visited Canada once in 2018.
