If your still waiting for your hearing, you can't sponsor anyone at this time. But if your already accepted then you will have to fill you PR and at the same time fill for your husband. Which will probably take up to two years or more.

It looks like you are still waiting for your refugee hearing.

If that is the case, then there is really no way for your husband to come to Canada right now. He can try applying for a TRV, however it will most likely be refused. If he manages to get a TRV approved, then he can try traveling to Canada once the COVID-19 travel bans have been lifted.

If he cannot get a TRV approved, then you will have to wait until you have been accepted as a refugee / protected person and your PR application has already been processed (you will include him in your PR application). This will still take a few years from now.

Yes I m waiting for my acceptance hearing 'hope my appeal get accepted
In that case there are only two options for your husband.

One is to try to apply for a TRV to Canada so that he can come here as a visitor. There is an extremely high chance the TRV will be refused.

The other option is to try to fly to the U.S. (I believe previously you said your husband has a valid U.S. visa) and then attempt to enter Canada through a land border.

There is no way for you to sponsor him at this time.
