How old can the job reference letters be?

I have got reference letters of my previous jobs with duties in Sept 2014 and I am looking to apply for immigration tin December 2014. So will these letters still be valid?

3 months old ref. Letter is ok..dont worry

Well if it is for ur previous job than more than 3 months old ref. Letter is Ok..but for ur current job try to get in latest date
