I have waited 12 days and have heard nothing yet (not out of the normal) but I am curious how many apps do get lost? Is it common?

We waited 60 days for AOR, and not that common. Though, it does happen..

Depends. We've waited since last March. But we're almost done. The new promise is 12 months for 80% of cases. So, you have a long way to go yet

Last year you could almost guarantee CPCM wouldn't open the envelope for 3 weeks. So, yes. Relax for now...
