How often are applications returned?

Well hope that is the case for us. If it is returned then I will seriously consider reapplying outland. I just hope it isn't returned anyway. As long as it is in process inland or outland, I don't care, I just want it to be in process.

Hahaha, yes! I just looked at the June thread, looks like only 1 application was returned. I don't think they're returned anywhere near as often as people just get letters requesting more info. Costs them postage too and all. Good luck Love_Young, you know my thoughts are with you!

I think theirs was only returned because they sent an inland to Mississauga. But that is true, it would costs them postage and I am sure they don't want to spend any of their money.

We withdrew our inland application for various reasons, one being so we could apply outland.

We recieved our whole application back. It was recieved by Vegreville on March 26. It had a stamp on the front that said mailroom dated May 29/10. So I'm guessing it sat in the mailroom for 2 months before actually being recieved. On ecas it showed in process June 10/10. It was withdrawn August 13 and we recieved the refund on August 23. All very quick.

So if you sent your applicaiton mid July I think it won't actually be recieved and begin processing around Oct by the looks of my app.

i had my work visa extension returned, i paid the wrong fee, but they gave me 30 days to pay it and when i sent it back they processed it fairly quickly
