Thank you so much for the advise... I will be very careful

I really don't know what should i do now. Should I just leave and move my application outland? and how to even do that... T_T

and just need to know also, do you think this will affect my application? because last week they email to ask for my medical report ...

I believe it will not affect your application, but I can't say for sure.

For medical report - if you have already done it just write back to them and tell them it's been submitted and you can attach a receipt from the medical office. Should have some kind if ID on it. If you haven't done the report, then go do it and send the same receipt to them.

Yes it will even if you stay low and live illegally in Canada

You are considered inland applicants and you will need to maintain your status until you are approved and landed. If you don't have proof of legal status, they can invalidate PR visa. If they find out you have stayed illegally, they have right to refuse entry and banned from enter in 1 year (condition removal order)

You will need to leave Canada and let your visa office (most likely CIO-Sydney) know that you have left. They will transfer your file to a outland VO and continue the process there

The above is bad information on several fronts - ignore it.

- People without status can successfully obtain PR inland. Being out of status makes things more complicated however doesn't prevent approval.
- Lacking proof of legal status does not invalidate a PR visa.
- You cannot transfer a file from inland to outland.

Thank you so much for the reply and answer, I really appreciate it.
for medical, I didn't do it yet, I was planning to do it by next week, and make the appointment by Friday. I still have 3 weeks to arrange that...

thank you for clarify that ; your reply make me can breath a little bit...
if passed 90 days, how to restore my status? is there any way?
I am so afraid being without status, because anytime, anywhere, I can be deported (like @methyl stated before wrong place, wrong time, then I will be gone...) - and

"Being out of status makes things more complicated" << how complicated it can be? because when I applied, I still have the status, tho we (me and my husband) so naive to think apply the PR in land means status is imply... ; I remember he said he read it at CIC that I can't leave the country, and that's our biggest mistake ever... I did tell him that I need to maintain legal status.... T__T I should just go with my instinct ...

My inland is currently on processing for about 4 months now ; how long I should wait if I can't restore and maintain my status ... (I applied after Dec'16 , and at CIC states that processing time is 12 months)

thank you so much for the information... thank you

I don't know how busy the doctors office is. I would suggest calling right away.
