moreso,presently am in chile woth permanent residency and if i relocate to another country and my application still on process and not running my bank acccunt again in chile and eventually i was select for the permanent resident in canada . please how am going go about it in the place i am .

minimum score to qualify for province nominee programme and if someone score below 6 point and get points from other area ?

please i have higher national diploma and ordinary national diploma , for evaluation from WES is it only higher national diploma will be evaluate or both HND a ND in Accounting from Nigeria.
