Yes that is right you have to pay second fee as landing right by the name to the receiver general for both of you CAD $ 490.00 each total $980.00.

Eeeks. People, NO FEE is required with the submission of the full application. You have already paid the processing fee. You may submit the ROPR fee, but CIC prefers that you wait until it is requested. They will request the ROPR fee if/when the application is approved. If you submit the ROPR fee before it is approved, and the application is rejected, then it is a headache for everyone to return the fee.
