How much time it takes for citizenship test after getting ECAS-In process?

Sorry but it's not good news. I applied in July 2019 and been in process since November 2019 and I don't have to take the test due to my age but I still have to have an interview and I am still waiting. Due to Covid and the lack of work that IRCC isn't doing like tests and Interviews no idea how long it's going to take.

My wife is June 2019 applicant -still in process. citizen test completed in January 2020 and still waiting for oath. sent case specific inquiry at least 3 times in last 6 months. Every time they are saying that everything is ok but just delayed due to less staff and Covid and bla bla..
