How much time it takes after Interview ?

Guys i have applied under FEDERAL INVESTER CATEGORY and my application process started in Aug 2009.
Now what i want to know is that how much time they take after interview to ask for Medical checkup and after Medical how much is required for the rest of the prcoess ?

I think no one has an idea how much exact time it takes after an interview ????
