GUYS, DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW LONG IRCC TAKE TO RESPONSE FOR APEAL ON STUDY PERMIT.

What do you mean appeal. You don’t appeal a refusal. You need to file a judicial review. What does your lawyer say? The review will look at whether the officer followed due process regarding IRCC guidelines, laws and regulations. Usually it is better to get GCMS notes and then resubmit.
