how much time does OINP take to reply after we send the application package ?

Once we send our entire package ( within 45 days ), how much time does it usually take for the authorities to reply ?

They propose 90 days but I have read in some instances it can take upto 6 months also. Both of us are in same boat as I also got PT on 5th Dec.
