How much time does it take to prepare EE profile?

If you have the ECA mail & IELTS results.

Any other documents needed apart from these two ?

15-20 minutes to create it and then 10-15 minutes for job bank. After that a wait of 24 hours for the profile to become active.

Yes, you just need your ECA reference number and date.
