how much time do they need to reply on emails ??

i sent an email for the embassy in Damascus, and was wondering how much time do they need to reply ? 1 week or more ?

I don't know anout Damascus, but I used to do correspondance with CHC London and they were very prompt. I always got reply with max. 2 days.
