How much time do I have left

I became a landed PR of canada in May 2018. I got my PR card. I live in USA. After landing and returning back, I have not had a chance to move back to canada. How long can I stay away before I need to move to Canada to maintain my status as a PR. I am planning to move by September/October of this year.
Please let me know. Thanks.

As far as I understand you have to live there for an uninterrupted period of I think 2 or 3 years in a 5 year cycle

In theory you have until May 2021. If you are coming back this year it's totally fine.
