you will get the 2nd aor and when your status will change to in-process then visa officer will ask you about ur english if needed if he is happy with it he will continue your other checks and send u the medical request. It also depends on the noc you are applying if that really needs a good speaking skills to get a job.
Then deepi i dont think you shud be much worried about your ielts because vo will know that you are already settled in canada and working. They are mosre concerned about the overseas immigrants wo do not have any idea about the canadian job market. But in any case if they have any concerns they will give u a chance. They gave 2 chances to another applicant to prove his english skills.
