Looking for thoughts on how much is too much, or is that even the case in a PR Sponsorship application?

I have put together our cell phone and home phone record of calls, our vacation rental agreements, travel tickets, approx 240 photos, facebook status updates, skype call history and other things such as our bank statements and bank contract of our joint account.

I'm now wondering if I'm over or under doing it?

I still have all of our text messages I could include (a few thousand messages) and a blog I started when we first met with all of our adventures and stuff together...

Just having some doubts on what to put in as I don't want to overdo it but I also don't want to get denied on lack of evidence. What have you guys found to be the happy-medium?

The proofs are divided into two main categories: continuation of the relationship and financial relationship. Organize your proofs into these two ones. For the continuation, cell phone bills showing the specific number of your partner and dates of each call is very good combined with Skype history account showing the same details. Phone cards are not acceptable because they don't show the details of the calls. Make sure that they are distributed over a year (one year is required for your relationship). No need to include the (thousands) of your text messages if you have these calls records.

For the financial relationships, joint bank accounts, transfers, properties registered under your names is very good.

1 year is for common law relation but not for married.

Well you aren't under-doing it that's for sure. I would just give samples in each area and not overwhelm them with text messages and FB stuff. They'll get the picture with an overview. Sounds like you have tons of proof.

Thanks guys for responding!

I'm starting to second guess everything because now that I look at our proof, lots was from the year prior to us living together. Phone records, skype records etc. cuz we obviously dont talk on the phone now since we live together.

I'm sure a lot of people in CL relationships don't have this phone evidence though.

From this yr we really only have 1 vacation rental (My SO owns his house so we don't have a rental contract on a full time basis) and our joint account and then just photos, health beneficiary papers, FB, and about 12 cards/postcards etc sent to our address with our names on it.
Hope this is enough!

I think it's enough. How about notarized letters from neighbors or friends?

I think you have the perfect amount of evidence itscoezy :D

There's no too much. The more evidence you gather, the clearer it will be for them to realize your case is legit and avoid an interview.
Best of luck.

You can include samples of the texts and the blog, and state if they want to see more, you have more. For anything like emails, Skype log history, texts, etc., which could run to hundreds of pages each, you can just include a sampling from the whole length of the relationship.
