How much is the Right of Permanent Residence Fee?

Hi Everyone, after i submitted my medical exam along with the FBI update, bank statement and the Right of Permanent Residence Fee of $490 USA in the beginning of Feb 2009.

I have just received a letter saying that the RPR is inccorect it has to be $415? do they change the price? because everywhere it says $490, what is going on?

The RPR Fee is $ 490 Canadian.

Maybe, as per current conversion rate that would be $ 415 US.

That's the only justification I can think of.

Please don't tell people to convert it, use the amounts on the CHC offices web site, and either submit the Canadian amount or the US amount listed. If the applicant converts it on their own, it comes back.
