How Much fee i have to pay FSW2013?

I need to know that i am principle applicant for FSW2013 program.By looking at previous years fees that was about 550$ for one applicant.
My question is do i have to pay only 550 or all family member fees that is multiple of 550.thanks.

2.And secondly i need to know that i am single and in Dependents(form IMM0008) can i have to include my mother,father,brother,and married sister.

and your parents and brother and sister are not your dependents

Please also clarify me about the photo requirements.Do i have to provide 6 photos of my father,mother,sister,and brother as i m single.
