In the main application form of Canada student visa (IMM1294e), there is a question that asks: "Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country"? and "Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada"? Based on the fact that my student visa has been refused once, I think the answer to both of these questions should be "yes". The form also says to provide details if the answer is yes.

Can anyone tell me how much details must I provide? Because it seems the given box has a certain character limit.

Therefore, my question is how much and what kind of details should I give? Please let me know asap. Thanks a lot.

Applied for Canadian study permit on 2017/01/01 and received a refusal on 2017/02/16.

If you have any application number or something you can include it.

Thank you, very much. Isn't it necessary to write the reason for refusal, also?
