How much a Software Tester eligible to get PR or work visa ?

Hi,

I am a Software Tester with 6 years of experience. I have worked with big MNCs likes of Accenture, Oracle and HCL. I have good experience in Automation and Manual Testing.
Am I eligible to get a work visa ? If yes how much money would be required to complete all the procedures ? And in how much time procedures will be completed ?
