*****HOW MAY I STAY BACK AFTER PGWP EXPIRED*****

Hi Everybody,

My PR process getting longer for a valid reason. In the mean, my PGWP going to expired on Aug/15/17. So what options I have to stay back in Montreal or any other provinces esp in Ontario. (It is important to mention here that my CSQ application is still under processing.)

Can I go back to school again to get 1 yrs visa extension so that by this time I would get a decision from Quebec immigration or even I can apply for EE just in case?

If you have an application that is being processed with CSQ you should not apply to EE, that would be misrepresentation.

You cannot intent to reside outside of Quebec (with EE) and at the same time intent to reside in Quebec (with CSQ).
