How marks has been converted into the band

What are the criteria for converting general ielts listening and reading marks into the band???
Does it change with exam to exam as per difficulty level or is fixed through out??
Yesterday I have given idp exam at surat. Listening is quite difficult I feel and I think I can score 26 to 28 in exam general module. What band can I expect for this score?
 
You will get 6 since you have mentioned that Listening part was quite difficult. Don't worry.

How about Reading module? How you felt?
 
So , is there any table for example saying if i got in this section 30 i 'll get 6 ..etc ?
 
Please tell me the points for language. I am confused

Listening: 7.5
Reading: 7
Writing: 6.5
Speaking: 6.5

Overall: 7 bands

If you think that you can get 26-28 questions right in listening module then you will score 6.5 definitely.
