I’m on EE FSW and will claim 3 years of foreign work experience. The one job i will use were from apr 2015 - apr 2018, NOC 1215, but i was on maternity leave for a few months (not sure if that matter). I have another job from may 2019 to present which has a similar NOC code.
my question is, in the EE profile work experience, should i just put the 2015 job with full 3 years of exp, or play it safe and add the current job as well? I can get reference letter from both companies. Im just worry that positioning my current job this way will lead to more reference letter and analysis on NOC, job duties, etc, while not necessary help me claim any additional crs points.
