How many wks or months for Detroit to send out PPR since medical is done?

I'm wondering how long it will take for Detroit to send PPR to me after Ottawa gets my medical result. The closer I am to the end of the journey, the more urgent I feel. :-\

used to be 3-4 months earlier ..

Yeah... it took about 4 months in the first half of this year ... but recently someone got it in only two weeks! This is a great news for us!!! Thank you for the response, anyway!
