How many times can one person apply for PR?

is there a limit like no. of times we can apply for PR in a year? if i get rejected when is the soonest I can apply and how many times a year?

I believe it depends on why your application was refused. If you were rejected because you do not score the minimum points then I do not see why you cannot apply when you have enough points. However, if you are medically inadmissible to Canada, then the decision will not change if you keep applying under the same category. Keep in mind medical inadmissibility varies from an immigration category to another.
