Hi,

I have created my profile online for CIC FSW. I am not sure which province should I select.
I have selected Ontario for now. Can I also select British Columbia?

What difference will it make if I select two province?
Can some one give some explanation on this please?

Thank you,
Nisha

Choose All provinces and territories. If you want the Ontario PNP change it, their PDF instructions says this explicitly.

Thank you for getting back..

I did not clearly understand what you are trying to say. Say for example - If I select all province - Will I have a choice to select my province when I get ITA or I will be designated a province?

Also, what happens if I just select only ON? Does each province have their own cut-offs? Or if my score (482) now is above the cut-off I can go to which ever province I want?

Appreciate your clarification on this.

Thanks!

As you have a good score and don't need provincial nomination to get extra points - select all provinces. You can choose wherever you would like to go, the cutoff does not change by location.

Thank you for your prompt replies that helps!

I guess you are talking about PNP applications?

Some provinces downgrade you if you applied for another province, like MPNP as an example.

You've got to read the guides and see if this particular province allows you to apply for other provinces.

Kind Regards,

Andy
