Hello everyone,
My IELTS score:
L:8, R:7, W:6, S:6.5

How many points am I entitled to?
Do I need to sit for a new test??

It's difficult to tell as it contains many factors.
Try CRS online calculator, it's quick and reliable.

You need to convert your ielts to clb scores:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp

Then you need to check what clb scores are worth:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp

Without a spouse I calculate it to be 102. With a spouse your language score is 96.

This is just the score for your language, but your language scores are also used to calculate other factors of your application and you should use the Crs calculator to work this out.
