How Many Points Can be claimed for 4 yr Bachelor Degree & 1 Yr Graduate Study

I would like to help my friend to figure out the points he can claim from below details towards his education:

Indian Degree Canada Equivalency

BSc Electronics ( 3 yrs) = Bachelors Degree ( 4 years )

MSc Electronics ( 2 yrs ) = 1 year Graduate Study.


can he claim a total of 119 points by selection the option " Two or more certificates, diplomas or Degress. One must be a program of three or more years"

It depends on the the summary of the ECA report. What does it say?

Bachelors degree is equivalent to Bachelors degree ( 4 years )
Masters degree is equivalent to 1 yr graduate study.

How many points do we get if we have a bachelor's degree equivalent to Canadian bachelor's degree (4 years) is it 21 or 23 point? Pls help
