i am also waiting for ppr from last 7 month , did medical in november and applied to nova scotia in jan 2010

The only thing that gives me some hope is that the Ottawa office have been processing permanent residence files for a while now.They are not a bunch of green horns that they need to train.Some of the Cairo files got response in less than a week.I'm just worried that Buffalo immigration officers will be disgruntled and will take all the time in the world to transfer the files.
