Hi Guys,
I have a vacancy for a nanny. i am going to apply for LMO. My question is IF my selected employee could not get VISA, should I apply for a new LMO? Can I apply for two LMOs for two selected employees? Because I want to save time. Please help.
Thank you

As fas as Im concern if the person applied with the valid LMO can not be qualified or granted for a visa. You can use it as long as its valid to another prospective employee...

Im looking for someone who can sponsor my sister too for Nanny( live-in-caregiver) are u still looking for a qualified employee for the job?

I've heard that LMO is issued in the name of the person I have signed the working contract. is that right? If you have someone with proper qualifications please forward resume to nanny.wanted@yahoo.ca. I'll consider
Thank you

I have one sister in Philippines that graduated his nursing last 2012. I will send your email to her and will ask her to send you her resume' thanks...

P.S you can change the name of the prospective employee later on if the visa was not granted. Or you can ask the Service Canada to change it for you.

Yes you can, my employer done it numerous time. they changed the name of the prospective employee cause they backed out and didnt want to go through with the visa application.

hi nanny job,

My sister sent you her resume a while ago. I have another sister in Israel and shes really interested in looking for opportunities to come here, but shes only has experience dealing with elderly.

do u know any agency who are looking for caregivers in this field?

I am sorry, I don't anybody looking for elderly care. I received your sister's resume. I got to know that I cannot change the name in the LMO if the prospective employee couldn't get VISA. Names can be changed in BIG business LMOs. Not for nanny job. If this is the right situation, I should go with most qualified candidate.

I knew someone in Victoria BC that changed the name of the employee cause the one that she hired before was denied by the Visa Officer, but I think she re-applied another LMO for the new prospective employee. Please let me know if u have vacancy again. We are willing to pay for the placement fee. Please and thank you.
