Hi All,

I wanted to study in Canada as soon as possible but I'm not sure when the next intake is?
Is it 2 or 3 times a year?
Is it depend on the school or on the program you are taking into?

And how about the period of time the school will given you to settle the payments?
Is it after you got the approval?
Or, does it has any expiry?

Thank you very much in advance for all your kind inputs & ideas?

ru applying for a college or university?
normally universities have 3 intakes 1) Fall sept 2)winter jan 3)summer May some do have less than three depends on university. u can check university websites for exact start dates.
once u apply it takes few months for them to give u admission this time differs from university to university and ur profile, grades etc. when u apply there is an application fee which is roughly around $100 without which they wont accept ur application. then once u get admission then u apply for visa. Once u have decided which university u will be going u check out their registration date and thats the date by which u have to pay the fees as fees depend on how many classes u will be taking that semester . registration date for universities is mostly after classes start. u should start first with what u want to do and how many universities u want to apply too.

Hi Mead,

Thank you for you quick and informative reply.
Do you have any school suggestion for post graduate or advance diploma or diploma for IT program? Maybe about 1 or 2 years only.
