how many days should I stay in canada?

Hello I know that I should stay in canada 2 years every 5 years,but my question is should I stay the 2 years continuously or doesnt matter if I come once every 6 month until I accumulate the total of 2 years.

You need to accumulate 730 days. It doesn't matter in how many bits you do it but if you are not working or studying, you will end up with little proof of your stays so you need to think of that and collect proof of your flights and your staying in Canada in case you are asked later.
