How Many Days in a Week?

Quick question. Sorry if it's a stupid question.

I'm traveling often for work, so I'll be gone for a few weeks and then home for a few weeks, and then gone.

I understand that for PR purposes, I can only count up to 30 hours a week for those weeks, (although I read in another thread that for certain industries, like mining, they make exceptions for this).

But a quick question.

Let's say I was gone for 25 days.

Is a work week considered 5 days or 7?

In other words, could I count those 25 days at 5 weeks, or 150 hours?

Or would it have to be 3 weeks plus 4 days, or 114 hours?

A calendar week is 7 days. If you work full-time (30 or more hours per week), you only count calendar weeks, and you need 52 = 1 year.

In your example, you have at least 3 complete weeks. As for the 4th week, you could count it as a full week as long as you had worked 30 hours.
