One of my friend is planning to submit full document to Buffalo without ILETs. He is saying he is working in USA since 11 years and will submit letter from his office as proof. And will take ILETs test if he would be asked by visa office.
Can someone suggest how many days are give to submit ILET score if submitted letter is not accepted?
Has someone faced such situation?

Thanks.

The problem is that according to the new rules - your friend won't be able to submit any additional dociments to the Visa office once the full package is their (at the embassy) and the documents are assessed. Moreover - I do not think that your friend's letter from his office will be accepted as a proof of English language. As it is clearly stated that all aplicants for whom English is not native are STRONGLY advised to take IELTS.
You see if you friend has such a deep knowledge of English language and can easily take IELTS - then give him one valuable peice of advice - "To take IELTS and not to play with his fate..." ;D
