ITA was sent to 3,264 on 2nd Aug 2017 who had scores equal to or above 441. Does that mean that, just after the draw, there were no people left in the pool with scores equal or higher than 441? and before the next draw new people applied and they had great scores around ~450?
I saw a report somewhere that said that there are thousands of people in the pool with 430 and above score and I was wondering why they are still in the pool and they should have gotten an ITA
