I think you mean how much time it takes to get invitation after creating profile. It depends on how many points (CRS score) you have?

There are usually draw every 2 weeks on Wednesday. If your score is above cut-off of that draw, you will get invitation within 24 hours. Lowest cut-off for last draw was 413.
