how long to wait to receive a feedback about a webform

Yes they reply to your e mail directly.
I got the replay on the very next day.
i haven't received any response yet, but for issue/ purpose I have sent the webform were resolved within a week. Still I haven't got answer on my email against webform
I sent it on 6th Jan 2021. They replied on 7th asking for pending medical. I replied on the same date. Got the PPR on 8th. BTW, I am Sri Lankan
wow, you are so lucky. congratulations. So there is no standard timeline that they follow to respond. for some its 1 day and for some 1 month.
I raised a web form for medical update on 10th Dec and received a reply today on 11th Jan. It took one month for them to reply.
And this the response I got -
"We verified the information you provided and have forwarded it to the responsible office. "
No update of Medical on GC key yet.
No AIP

After that no update.
Web form - 06-Jan-21 (Processing time came down from 10 weeks to 04 weeks, so I raised a web form asking for an update on my application)
Reply from Embassy - 07-Jan-21 (Reply -> "Medical instructions were sent to you on 29th October 2020. Please confirm if you have completed the medicals")
Replied on the same date pointing out the fact that I gave my Medical upfront and sent it again.
