Hello, I applied for a study permit using a consultant and gave him authorization to apply for me using IMM5476, and my application was refused.
I'm gathering new documents to apply again but this time I'll do it myself, so I'm wondering if he is still able to see my new application since I did appoint him as my representative before.
My understanding is that the appointment is for the application only and not for my whole "profile", therefore my application got closed when refused and he is not able to interfere in future applications, is that right?
If that's not the case, should I include a new IMM5476 to say that I'm cancelling my appointment, on this new application?
And just to be sure, my UCI remains the same and I have to include on this new application, right?
