How long it takes to receive acknowledgement of receipt by email from Processing Centre in Edmonton

Hi,

We are hoping we could find some help here.

We sent my wife's application for PGWP extension by mail to the Case Processing Centre in Edmonton which was signed in Dec 13th 2019 e we haven't received the acknowledgement of receipt.

How long it usually takes to receive the acknowledgement of receipt from that office?

Fill up the webform telling them you sent the application by mail but did not receive acknowledge ment of receipt.

And if you can, call CIC , they might be able to see your application even if you do not get ackn. Of receipt.

Have you got the Biometrics letter as well ?
I have called IRCC before, and they told me they will not send the ackn of receipt when it's a paper application.

I haven't received anything but they responded me saying this is normal. Last time I checked the processing time were in 130days.
