How Long it Takes to Get an Email Confirming Receipt of Application

Hi,
1) I have had my first application rejected for a sponsorship debt issue (this application received November 18, 2016, and returned May 10, 2016).
2) I've got clearance for the sponsorship debt issue, and resent my new application on September 1st, 2017, but have received NO confirmation of receipt yet. Is this normal? Does this new application go through the new queue OR the time spent on my previous application would be factored in, to make it faster?

Your application would go to the new queue. Lately it's taking at least 5 weeks to get acknowledge of receipt. You should be looking into the 6-8 week period for your first acknowledge of receipt.
The previous time would not be factored in.
