My paper application was received at Edmonton, on February 26, 2020
Up till now I had no reply! It's been around 50 days now.

My status expired at the beginning of February, I applied for Status restoration & PGWP.

How long, if any one has an answer, it takes to get an AOR?
Else, what should I do?

Given the delays due to COVID-19, no one can give you answer as to how long. You'll just need to keep waiting.

I contacted IRCC to check if they have received my paper application that my representative (Dumb one) sent in regular mail without requiring a signature upon receipt!
Sp I sent IRCC a request through webform asking if my application has been received, open or in process and they reply to me after 5 days with the following:

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We have verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is not available in the system yet.

We invite you to verify the processing times on the IRCC website and contact us using the IRCC Web form if they have passed.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry."

WHAT DOES "NOT AVAILABLE IN THE SYSTEM YET" ?!!! Does it mean they received it? what did they verify? They don't say we have received it!

The problem is, the 90 days to ask for restoration will end in 10 days, and if my application has not been received, it means I have to apply again in the coming 10 days? or I loose the chance then to apply!?

It means exactly what it says: your app isn't in the system. Apps sit there for awhile before someone actually opens them and enters the details. They don't go checking through piles of apps waiting to be opened to see if one has been received.
